We currently offer free shipping to eligible United States delivery addresses. Available delivery options and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Our products are fulfilled by our supplier through AppScenic. Processing and transit times vary by product, destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking information is provided when available after the supplier dispatches your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier’s website.

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. If you need help with an address correction, delayed package or delivery issue, contact PawRoutine through the Contact page and include your order number. Changes depend on whether the order has already entered fulfillment.
